Foundation setup is finalised and it will be in Cayman. Representatives are currently being finalised. Council is discussing about it. Also, we have a few people reviewing the code right now for knowledge transfer from the old team. That's the update I have for now. Council is actively working with the new steps. This will help onboard the new devs. Will keep you posted and will make some announcement, once there is more clarity.
